J'ai chiné une espèce de chromo lithographie avec pour signature un certain Nibs... un illustrateur ou caricaturiste ?

Je trouve un équivalent sur Internet, par exemple sur ce site :

Auriez vous des infos sur ce Nibs ? Artiste illustrateur ? Bio ?
